Start->Settings->Control Panel->User Acounts

In Control panel daca vedeti doar 8-10 iconite , in partea dreapta sus aveti Category si selectati Small Icons (dati click - vor apare mai multe iconite si apare si User Accounts in lista)

Turn User Accounts Control se seteaza pe Never notify (se muta cursorul pe pozitia cea mai de jos) .

Este obligatoriu repornirea a calculatorului, dupa care poate fi inceputa instalarea.

Daca utilizati antivirisul AVAST dezactivati-l pentru 10 minute (cat se face instalarea)

Aceasta permite instalarea bazei de date pe calculator.
